Application problems are often best solved by first emailing the file to us (if appropriate) along with a brief description of the problem. This way, we can see exactly what you are doing and can often fix the problem for you, then let you know how we solved it so you learn from the experience.
If needed, we can set up a Skype, GoToMeeeting, or Adobe ConnectNow session where you can see our computer as we work through your problem.
